Agalite Ceramic Components is a manufacturer of technical ceramic components based in Nadiad, Kheda district, Gujarat. We supply heater ceramics, insulating beads, bushes, ignition insulators, lighting parts and fully customised components to manufacturers across India.

Manufacturing capability

Our plant covers the full route from body preparation and pressing through to high-temperature firing and finishing. Press tooling is developed in-house, which keeps development time short for new parts and lets us move from prototype to series production without changing supplier.

Quality

Dimensional checks are carried out through the process, and firing is controlled to keep shrinkage predictable batch to batch. Where a component needs closer tolerance than as-fired allows, critical faces and bores are ground to drawing.
